PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (F/M/D)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire product development process: from the initial idea to concept development and successful market launch.
• Market analysis and partner acquisition: participation in national and international trade fairs to identify market trends and new business partners.
• Supplier management: selecting and assisting global suppliers, including regular on-site visits for quality assurance.
• Technical coordination: close collaboration with engineers to create and review technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Prototyping phase: supporting prototype development, conducting tests, and evaluating results to optimize the final product.
• Toolmaking and production start: managing toolmaking and coordinating the production launch, if required.
• Technical documentation: preparing technical information for the internal sales department and creating product presentations.
• Training and support: training the internal sales team and external agent network to ensure that technical aspects are communicated correctly.

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent technical training.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Professional experience in working with international companies, particularly in supplier communication and coordination, is an advantage.
• Ideally, experience in toolmaking for plastic injection molds and knowledge of related manufacturing processes.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to professionally manage international partners.
• Fluent in German or Italian for internal communication within the company.
• Additional language skills are an advantage and facilitate collaboration with international suppliers.
